If you need the space, swap the Caviar Blue for a Samsung F4 2TB. They retail for around $94.

For RAM, if you need more ( ~8GB ), you can get a set of GSkill Snipers for ~$100.

Get another PSU. I'd suggest the Seasonic M12II 520W for ~$105, much better quality with 80+ Bronze efficiency and 5 year warranty.

As for GPU, the Gigabyte will work with the EPP 550W, but please, if you're spending $1000+ on your rig, DON'T SKIMP ON THE PSU. Rule of thumb, this. The M12II has a better voltage regulation, better efficiency and better power output on the rails that matter most.

Your choice of casing is good, but get ready for massive amounts of dust.

You may not need a 2600. If you're merely gaming, the 2500/2500K is more than sufficient, and you can save a few extra dollars.
